Shipping Fees
Hong Kong and Macau
- Free Delivery: Available for single purchases over HK$400.
- Cash on Delivery: If the order amount is under HK$400, the shipping fee will be paid upon collection. (SF Price Link)
- Additional Charges:
- Extra charge for remote areas and outlying islands (paid upon delivery).
- If the delivery location has no direct elevator access, a handling charge applies (paid upon delivery).
Taiwan and China
- Free Delivery: Available for single purchases over HK$800 (after discounts).
- Shipping Fee: Orders under HK$800 will be paid upon collection.
Shipping Arrangements
- Logistics: All orders are shipped via SF Express.
- Processing Time: Orders processed within 4–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Arrival Time
- Shipping Time: Within 7 working days after payment confirmation (excludes pre-order items).
- Delivery Time: 4–7 working days (excluding public holidays).
- Possible Delays:
- Incomplete recipient information or address changes.
- Severe weather or force majeure.
- Pre-order or special products (noted on product page).
Shipping Notification
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
If no email is received, the order is still being processed.

Terms and Conditions
- If product supply is insufficient, OMC reserves the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund via phone or email.
- The delivery address must be correct and complete. Incorrect/incomplete addresses may result in forfeited shipping fees and additional redelivery charges.
- Deliveries are considered completed upon receipt, regardless of whether signed by the designated recipient.
- Third-party couriers will do their best to meet delivery timelines, but delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors may occur.
- OMC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or force majeure.
- In case of any dispute, OMC online store reserves the final decision.
