Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products! To protect your rights, please carefully read the following return and exchange policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.


Inspection and Request for Exchange

  • Inspection upon receipt: Please inspect the product immediately. Contact us within 2 days if there are any quality issues.
  • Return deadline: Products must be returned within 3 days for timely processing. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • Preserve packaging: Return products with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Brand-new condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfumes, fragrances, or signs of wear.


Non-Exchangeable or Non-Returnable Conditions

The following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Tags removed or request made more than 2 days after receipt.
  • Minor defects such as:
    • Loose buttons, slight fraying, threads, or snags
    • Small stains or discolorations (0.2–0.5 cm)
    • Measurement errors within ±3cm
    • Color differences due to screen display
  • Signs of wear: worn, washed, perfumed, or scented items
  • Subjective reasons: dissatisfaction with color, texture, or style
  • Hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings) unless defective
  • Late requests (after 7 days) or returns
  • Altered or damaged items due to improper use


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same style and color.
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Not eligible: Orders shipped outside Hong Kong or discounted/clearance/gift items marked as "non-returnable".


Exchange Process

  • Preserve complete packaging: Include all items, manuals, accessories, and gifts. Missing items will void eligibility.
  • Application deadline: Contact customer service within 2 days of receipt with reason and supporting photos/videos.
  • Eligibility confirmation: We will review your request and respond with instructions.
  • Return product: Use SF Express only. Include delivery note or order info; missing details may delay processing.
  • Processing time: Replacement will ship within 5–14 days. If out of stock, a refund will be issued.


Shipping Policy

  • Quality-related issues: We will cover all shipping costs.
  • Other cases: Buyer pays all related shipping and handling fees.
  • Courier: Only SF Express is accepted. Other couriers are at the buyer’s own cost and risk.


Special Circumstances for Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged/missing items: Provide photos of the unboxing process and contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect product: Does not match order details (excluding preferences like color or style).
  • Expired product: Received product has passed the indicated expiration date.


Refund Policy

If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment account (time may vary depending on bank).


Special Notes

  • We take photos of all products before shipment to ensure quality.
  • We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version on our official website shall prevail.
  • In case of dispute, the company reserves final interpretation and decision rights.
